Coffee 17 LTS is the latest long-term back up release for the Java SE platform. JDK 18 and JDK 17 binaries are gratuitous to use in production and free to redistribute, at no cost, under the Oracle No-Fee Terms and Conditions.

JDK 18 will receive updates under these terms, until September 2022 when it will be superseded by JDK 19

JDK 17 will receive updates under these terms, until at to the lowest degree September 2024.

Software developers: Java SE Development Kit (JDK)

For Coffee developers. Includes a complete JRE plus tools for developing, debugging, and monitoring Java applications.

Administrators running applications on a server

Server Java Runtime Environment (Server JRE). For deploying Java applications on servers. Includes tools for JVM monitoring and tools usually required for server applications, but does not include browser integration (Java plug-in), car-update, or an installer.

End user running Java on a desktop: Coffee Runtime Surroundings (JRE)

Covers virtually end-users needs. Contains everything required to run Java applications on your system.

Java SE Development Kit 11.0.16.one

Coffee SE subscribers will receive JDK 11 updates until at least September of 2026.

These downloads can be used for development, personal use, or to run Oracle licensed products. Utilise for other purposes, including production or commercial use, requires a Java SE subscription or some other Oracle license.

JDK 11 software is licensed under the Oracle Technology Network License Agreement for Oracle Java SE.
