The Leviathan (and it's ducky variant) is one of the few weapons in the game with both a suppressor and piercing rounds, alongside the Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic, Jaeger 7 Tuatara and the Jaeger vii Greenish Center.
- Additionally, it holds the championship as the only weapon in the game with subsonic operation likewise equally the above mentioned perks, allowing it to eliminate multiple targets in a single bullet without alerting nearby NPCs.

Although the description makes no mention of it, the gun appears to be a bullpup firearm as the magazine is loaded backside the trigger.
